If your virtual currency has not been received and/or confirmed relevant virtual currency platform or you have sent more virtual currency than you intended to send, we may return the virtual currency to you if you notify us in time and such virtual currency is still under our control. To apply for a refund, write to the support service with providing a transaction ID, a confirmation code and a virtual currency address for a refund.
The Application must be submitted with the email address used for the relevant Virtual Currency Transaction.
The refund will be (at our discretion): (a) the original amount of virtual currency that we hold received and still under our control; or (b) an amount equivalent to the value in US dollars at the time Virtual currency transaction. All refunds must be requested within 30 days of our receipt of your virtual currency or it will be confiscated. Refunds of virtual currency and other funds may be refunded to you minus our costs, non-subsidized coin/miner network transaction fees and any other fees. For a refund to be processed, it must be at least equal to the network transaction fee.
If the transaction amount is less than the order amount, an email will be sent to your email specified during the transaction with the possibility of returning this transaction, taking into account the commission of the payment service.
We will not restore virtual currency that we do not support. You must contact us within 30 days of the relevant Virtual Currency Transaction so that we can recover your virtual currency if it is recoverable or it will be confiscated.
You acknowledge and acknowledge that we are not responsible or responsible for any errors or omissions made in connection with any virtual currency A transaction initiated through the Services. We strongly recommend that you verify your transaction detail carefully before attempting to transfer virtual currency.
